Youth Speed Camps

Our youth speed camps are designed to help young athletes develop the speed, agility and strength to elevate their performance in any sport. 

Fall 2015 Speed Camps

Our two day per week speed camps are 4-week programs and will run in both June and July.  Designed specifically for our younger athletes, under the age of 15, athletes will work with our strength coaches and focus on:

  • Speed training

  • Running form

  • Agility training

  • 1st step quickness

  • Linear and lateral explosiveness

 

This program is designed to help athletes in any sport.  

 

CURRENT SESSION:  JULY 2015 - JULY 6-30TH

 

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY PROGRAM

DAYS:  MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 8:00AM-8:45AM

COST:  $60/MO - That's just $7.50/session
